Damage claims should be made within the 3 days of receipt of goods by emailing info@cjwoodworks.com. Damaged or incorrectly shipped (our fault) goods will be exchanged promptly and at no cost to the purchaser. Our return policy allows for a refund within 30 days of receipt of goods, provided they are returned to us unused, and in the original packaging. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to all returned goods. Freight charges are non-refundable and in the case of returned goods, the responsibility of the purchaser.
